As well as frilly frocked flamenco and tapas, Gremio de Brixton has a nice sideways take on the classic gin and tonic combo. Try this for a fruitified version with cucumber.
Ingredients
50ml Hendrick’s Gin (with its subtle cucumber infusion)
Slimline tonic (to your taste)
Cucumber
Crushed raspberries
Method
Fill a balloon glass with cubed ice
Add gin, tonic and stir (not shake)
Add slices of cucumber
Garnish with crushed raspberries
