The enormous success of the Straight Pocket Monday jam nights at Pure Vinyl record shop on Ferndale Road means that they are to move to Market House on Coldharbour Lane.
Organised by Renato Paris – who has been with Moses Boyd on his tour which ended at Electric Brixton last night – the nights have seen Pure Vinyl packed.
The nights start back on Monday (16 March).

“Pure Vinyl will still be involved,” said owner Claudia Wilson who will be DJing before and after the band. “I am really happy for the move.”
It means the night will have space, a toilet and a bar.
As well as local musicians and fans, the nights have seen international stars like bassist Thundercat drop in to jam.
