Two brothers convicted for manslaughter are being hunted by police after failing to turn up at court for their sentencing.

Jurius Tarasov, 33, of Howard House, Barrington Road, Brixton and his brother Vadolia, 35, from Norbury, were found guilty of manslaughter after a man they had beaten up fell to his death from a Streatham window as he tried to escape them.

They were convicted of manslaughter at the Old Bailey yesterday, but failed to appear for their sentencing at the court this morning, triggering a police hunt for the pair.

A third brother, Viktoras, 39, from Croydon, did appear at court today, where he was remanded in custody.

The three were found to have badly beaten their victim, Pawel Pacholak, after a drunken row at a flat in Streatham. He apparently took refuge in a bathroom, before falling from a window and breaking his back. He was found dead in Albert Carr Gardens, Streatham.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the two men should call 999.

  1. FUCK THE LAW
ITS A JOKE IN THIS COUNTRY LIKE ANYONE WOULD RETURN ON BAIL FOR MANSLAUGHTER
YET THEY SEND PEOPLE TO JAIL FOR PETTY CRIMES

  2. Why on earth would you let someone walk out of court after having been found guilty of manslaughter? The legal system over here is an absolute joke. it’s not just stupid, it’s dangerous and now they’re on the run, they’re probably going to resort to criminal activities to live. #governedbyclowns

  3. “You have been found guilty of manslaughter…now come back tomorrow for your punishment, ok?”
