Come and join this free Tai Chi class, for all levels, Saturdays 9:30am to 10:30am!
This ancient practice increases strength, balance and joint flexibility and encourages a sense of calm via gentle stretching movements and breath awareness, which helps improve physical and mental wellbeing.
On Sat 20th and 27th Jan we will be practicing at St Matthews Tenants Hall, 10 St Matthews Rd, London SW2 1NH.
We look forward to returning to Brixton Library from Sat 3rd Feb (same time) depending on the completion of the exciting Brixton Library renovations.
