A man has been arrested for driving without a licence on Ferndale Road.
Witnesses said around 25 – 30 officers were present at the time.
The incident happened at 2.10 pm on Ferndale Road at the junction with Brixton Road.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrest of a man for driving without a licence and said the high number of police at the scene was because he had “refused to get out of the car.”
