A top line-up with a big local input promises an exciting night at a fundraiser for Youthsayers – the music project for young people run by Robin Hopcraft of Brixton band Soothsayers.
At West Norwood’s Portico gallery on Friday 1 December, it will include performances by the outstanding Youthsayers band; jazz star Oscar Jerome, with a full live band; a DJ set from Brixton’s rising star Wu-Lu; young London jazz-rock-reggae fusion band Oreglo; and Brixton dub outfit Canopy.
As well as wonderful music, there will be a raffle with fantastic prizes and delicious vegan food on sale.
Tickets are £20 with concessions for family groups and under-18s. Don’t hang about – they are getting close to sold out/
