The new Lambeth council library in West Norwood has won an award for its innovative design and architecture.
It came top in the “physical” category announced at the tenth national Edge conference organised by Edinburgh city libraries to share good practice in library administration and to discuss future developments. The library’s buildings, layout and targeted spaces were all praised.
The library shares its building with a commercial cinema.
