‘How Great Thou Art’: local photographer captures Brixton’s funeral fashions

A Streatham resident and photographer has spoken to the BBC’s Dan Damon about his upcoming photobook ‘How Great Thou Art’. Charlie Phillips, who has photographed London street scenes including the first Notting Hill Carnival, focuses in his latest work on the customs and fashions of Afro-Caribbean funerals in London.
