Brixton-based Pegasus Opera company are looking for young people from Lambeth who love to sing.
Lift up Lambeth Voices is a free programme that offers young singers one-to-one mentoring with established performers from diverse backgrounds, masterclasses with industry professionals, and performance opportunities.
This project is open to people aged 16-30 from low-income households who live, study or work in Lambeth.
“We encourage those who live in households in receipt of universal credit/benefits to apply,” says Pegasus.
How to apply: Send a video of yourself singing any song that you think best showcases your singing talent, from any style of music, and a short message (written or in the video) about why you would like to become a Lift Up Lambeth Voices Artist 2024 to: harriet@pegasusoperacompany.org
