Local author Lucy Reynolds and illustrator Jenna Herman have launched a new children’s picture book Hedgehogs Don’t Live in the City! created with input from the British Hedgehog Preservation Society.
It is as a sequel to the Brockwell Park inspired Parrots Don’t Live in the City! and features rhyming verse and beautiful hand-drawn illustrations. The author hopes to inspire in young readers (aged 2-6) and their parents a love of the natural world.
