A Brixton community organisation is offering courses helping people to develop the essential business skills necessary to find work.
Orange Bow, based at 403-405 Brixton Road – over the Nationwide Building Society – says the Employed Essential Skills course will give people confidence to bring together knowledge and skills, “two fundamental elements of success”.
The course is accredited by the independent Continuing Professional Development Certification Service which says participants will be exposed to concepts and techniques which will enable them to become more productive in a work environment or provide some of the knowledge and skills required to get a job.
Orange Bow also has one-to-one counselling/coaching sessions available for young people aged 16 to 24.
