I am self taught and I have been painting for four years. My paintings have been exhibited at the Brixton Summer Art Show 2019, the Brixton Library, 2019, the Outsider Arts Festival, Deal Castle, Kent – Nov 2019 and the Townhouse Open, Spitalfields, September – October 2020
I’d describe my work as a sort of naive abstraction. Urban minimalism incorporating texture, text and redaction. A palimpsest of acrylic, collage and printed ephemera. An evocation of wabi-sabi and ghost signs!
