Brixton based charity Poetic Unity have been working on services they can provide virtually during lockdown, one of these projects is Quarantine Poems.
“In these uncertain times we think it’s really important that the community has a platform to share there voice and with people having more time on their hands than usual we have created ‘Quarantine Poems’.”
Each week they will give poets new topics to write about and each Friday they will share these poems on their social media platforms.
You do not need to be a professional poet to get involved, “we are interested in sharing all the communities voices.”
