The May edition of Brixton’s only truly local newspaper is published today, with thousands of copies hitting the streets of SW2 and SW9.
The 20-page May edition is the tenth installment of the paper, produced by the community news team behind brixtonblog.com.
More than 3,000 of the 9,000 copies were handed to people at Brixton Tube Station, Brixton Road this morning. More are now available at distribution points across town, including Lambeth Town Hall, Brixton Tate Library and Tesco, Acre Lane.
