The Estate Agent Savills has applied to Lambeth Council for a change of use of Canterbury Arms from a pub to retail, offices of a restaurant/cafe.
The application, made on February 13, would open the way for the pub, found on the corner of Canterbury Crescent and Popes Road, Brixton, to be developed.
