We’re very excited to unveil the plans for the very first Brixton Blog&Bugle learning lounge at the Lambeth Country Show 2013.
This weekend, we’re moving BBHQ to the middle of Brockwell Park to give you a taste of what it takes to put together a local newspaper, website and social media project. There will also be photographic and journalist assignments for beginners to pick up on the day, kids games and activities, and demonstrations from Brixton-based creatives thanks to Makerhood.com.
With such a varied programme on offer, you should find something to tickle your fancy between vegetable sculptures and another flagon of Chucklehead cider.
The Lounge is looking for acoustic musicians of all shapes and sizes to keep us further entertained. If you fancy playing a small acoustic set, please drop us a line now or call Tim on 0203 730 1312. Please also let us know if you have a skill you’d like to share and we’ll try and squeeze you in!
