“I remember the first time she asked me to read her work, I said ‘Micah you have a real talent here! Keep writing’. Ever since, I am glad to say Micah has kept on writing. Micah shares her writing often with myself and other members of staff and we have encouraged her every step of the way. When Micah brought me a draft of her book I remember reading it and being completely blown away at how a young person could convey such emotion through poetry in such an eloquent way. She has done a phenomenal job with Poetic Surds. We wish her all the very best.

Congratulations Micah on all that you have achieved. We will always remember that you were the youngest author at Conscious Dreams Publishing, to become a Bestseller on the day of publish!!
“‘Poetic Surds’ is a journey of self-discovery and expression from a young woman who has learnt the power of self-love. A strong message is conveyed in each poem. One of hope and the notion that no matter what one goes through you are never alone. Through this book Micah touches on real life issues such as mental health, loss, self-perception and self-love.
“We are very proud of Micah and hope that her achievement with ‘Poetic Surds’ will inspire other young people to also be leaders in every walk of life.”
