As part of Lambeth’s Heritage Festival, they are letting the ladies go first with a fantastic opening night talk at Brixton Library on Wednesday 3rd September. Setting the Table will see a discussion about women, food, writing and community between Ceridwen Buckmaster of Invisible Food and Miss South of the Brixton Blog and Bugle.
They will discuss their respective books Street Food and Recipes from Brixton Village and welcome you with canapes and drinks so you can sample some of their recipes. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Books will be available on the night.
