Born-again country bumpkin Jimmy Doherty was spotted filming for a new television series in Windrush Square, Brixton, this morning.
The Blog understands that Doherty will be in the square all day, serving coffee and food and talking to locals about rising food prices.
Doherty became famous in the Channel 4 Documentary Jimmy’s Farm, and is a well-known as a mate of fellow foodie and Essex Boy Jamie Oliver.
We don’t know the name of the series they were filming this morning – but it involved lots of coffee and a rather retro-looking Citroen catering van in the background.
Jimmy’s last television series for Channel 4 was called Food Unwrapped where he and other presenters endeavoured to get to the bottom of the food industry.
