Brixton’s Valentia Place is hosting its own free community mini-festival this Saturday (13 July).
Organised by the Bureau of Silly Ideas, attractions will include BoSI’s unique and amazing motorised artefacts (you could drive a rubbish bin) as well as live music, stalls run by local artisans, discount food and a Silly Bar.
It kicks off at 2pm. It finishes at 6pm and is quickly followed at 7pm by a cabaret in BoSI’s HQ at 17 Valentia Place. The 18+ event promises a “sensational, scintillating, stimulating, spectacle”, a special host and old favourites and new wonders.
