There is still time to see “I am Woman, Hear Me Roar” – an exhibition of work by women artists who live and work in South London to celebrate International Women’s Day.
Hosted by Peckham’s AMP Gallery and curated by Alice Lenkiewicz, Jennifer Merrell, and Natalie Webb, the show includes the work of 24 women artists who are part of South London Women Artists. The work is inspired by the song “I am Woman” by Helen Reddy and reflects a range of media including paint, photography, textiles and sculpture.
The exhibition runs until 6 March in AMP Gallery, 1 Acorn Parade, SE15 2TZ.
