If you’re planning – or have started – your Christmas shopping, don’t forget the appeal by Brixton’s Grove Adventure Playground.
It needs about 50 presents suitable for children aged six to 14 for its Christmas party on Saturday 18 December.
“The local community will struggle more than ever this year and we know that our party will be a highlight for many of the kids,” says the Grove.
The playground is also asking to local businesses if they can help …
… and midday tomorrow (7 December) is the last day you can double a donation to help the playground continue and expand its work.
