We Rise the award winning community business based in Brixton with a mission to empower young people to create successful futures. They create life-changing experiences for young people aged 13-21, building confidence, professional skills and knowledge of the world of work.
We Rise have received funding from the London Community Response Fund and the Social Enterprise Support Fund to support 200 disadvantaged teenagers in Lambeth through careers focussed mentoring for ambitious young people from BME and/or low income backgrounds and personal support mentoring for young people with low confidence, anxiety or depression.
To develop and deliver this programme We Rise are hiring a Training Manager. The individual who is appointed will create an impactful youth mentoring programme for young people in Lambeth.
