It’s the final battle stage of BBC’s The Voice and this weekend Brixton-based Lara Lee will go head-to-head with Kim Alvord for a place in the Knockout stages.
After initially convincing coach Sir Tom Jones to take her on, Lara will be battling fellow The Voice contestant Kim Alvord with a rendition of Emeli Sandé’s My Kind of Love to make it through to the Knockout stages and the ever-approaching live finals (which begin on 28th March) on BBC One this Saturday night.
“Let’s see what happens,” said Welsh pop legend Sir Tom, “it’s a shame there are no steals left because these girls are two stars. My gut tells me Lara Lee.”
Sounds promising. Could Lara be Sir Tom’s favourite? We’re rooting for her. Fingers crossed, go Lara!
Tune in to The Voice this Saturday 7th March at 7.30pm on BBC One.
