Eight people have been arrested following the discovery of a dead man in Albert Carr Gardens, Streatham, yesterday.
The man, thought to be in his thirties, was found dead at the scene. Although police officers believe they know who he is, they await formal identification.
Seven men and one woman, aged between 36 and 54-years-old, have been arrested in connection with the incident. All remain in custody at a south London police station.
A post-mortem is due to take place at Greenwich Mortuary today at 2.30pm.
