Police in Lambeth are hunting a group of youths who stabbed a man in the thigh during a robbery outside Povey House, Tulse Hill, last night.
The victim, in his twenties, was surrounded by a group of youths who demanded the keys to his car. During the attack the man had his iPhone, Blackberry and watch stolen before the suspects ran off at about 9.30pm.
The man later
collapsed outside the post office on Elm Park, Brixton Hill at about 9.40pm. He was treated by paramedics and a doctor from the air ambulance team before being taken to hospital by road.
He received stitches and was later discharged from hospital, police say.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police in Lambeth are appealing for information or witnesses to a robbery that took place yesterday evening at approx. 9.30pm outside Povey House, Tulse Hill.

A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at just after 9.40pm to Elm Park to reports of a stabbing.
“We treated one patient, a man believed to be in his twenties. He was taken to hospital by road with the doctor from the Air Ambulance.”
