This ITN footage of Brixton town centre during the 1981 riots forms part of a youth video project to go live at the Ritzy Cinema tonight.
The Becoming Brixton scheme, by Chocolate Films, will screen a series of films and launch an online resource looking at media and the unrest.
The screening will be hosted by Attack the Block star Simon Howard. And the Brixton Blog will be there to catch all the action.
