Japanese editor and publisher Yuki Sugawara visited Brixton recently to research a feature for his Inch magazine.

The Tokyo-based author came to Brixton to gain a deeper understanding of its cultural significance, particularly with regard to the Windrush Generation.

He was welcomed by Ros Griffiths, chair of the Friends of Windrush Square. The square recently hosted the Windrush Untold Stories exhibition that Ros was instrumental in creating.
