This is our favourite open mic night in Brixton at the moment. The excellent host, Richard Purnell (a spoken word poet), guides you through a wholly unpredictable night – you could get rap, folk, stand-up comedy. Anything goes.

Argentinian photographer Adriana Groisman’s exhibition
at Photofusion Gallery marks the 30th anniversary of the Falklands War. Voices of the South Atlantic explores memories of the Falklands/Malvinas conflict using testimonies from British and Argentine veterans and Falkland islanders juxtaposed with Griosman’s photos.
