Eshaan Akbar, British comedian, actor and writer, will host a brilliant bill of comedians in Laugh ‘Til You Drop at Brixton House theatre in July.
The evening will raise funds for Age UK Lambeth and its work supporting old people in the borough.
Eshaan has appeared on Live at the Apollo, QI, Mock the Week, and starred in Sex Education on Netflix.
He will be backed by a line-up still to be announced.
The event is on Wednesday 23 July 23rd at 7.30pm in the theatre on Coldharbour Lane in central Brixton.
Age UK Lambeth is inviting comedy fans and supporters alike to the “unforgettable evening of laughter and entertainment”.
It says highly anticipated comedians are scheduled to perform and that attendees can expect “an uproarious night filled with hilarious punchlines and memorable moments”.
Age UK Lambeth empowers and supports older adults by combatting loneliness, enhancing wellbeing, and supporting positive ageing.
Guests at Laugh ‘Til You Drop will contribute directly to its life-changing initiatives.
Services provided by Age UK Lambeth include befriending programmes, dementia support, digital help classes, exercise classes, cost of living support, essential information and advice and an array of engaging social activities.
