Former Rushcroft Road squats available for rent for £3,000 per month

The former squats on Rushcroft Road are now available to rent for over £3,000 a month.

The flats, which have now been fully refurbished, were once home to a community of squatters but who were evicted in July 2013

22 of the flats from the mansion blocks have been kept for social housing – the first tenants moved in on Monday

 – while the remaining 25 are marketed privately by estate agents Beresford.

A one bedroom flat can now be rented for £1,603 per month or a four-bed for £3,098 pcm.
