Ever wondered what life is like as a London firefighter?
You can get a taste at Brixton fire station on Saturday (3 May) from noon to 4pm.
It’s also your chance to meet local firefighters and get fire safety advice on issues like e-bike batteries and more.
You can see the latest fire and rescue service equipment – as well as fires, our firefighters also deal with everything from road traffic accidents to floods and endangered pets.
Other “blue light” partners will be on hand, including CPR demonstrations by London Ambulance Service.
There will food and drink stalls, family fun activities and an ice cream van.
