Weekly online Hatha flow yoga classes, suitable for all abilities. Streamed live via Zoom (free online platform / also available as app on your phone / iPad).

Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. Based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

Weekly Schedule:
Tuesdays | 6.30 -7.30 PM
Wednesdays | 9.30 – 10.30 AM & 7-8 PM
Thursdays | 12.30 – 1.30 PM

Single session: £7.50 | 5-class pass: £35 |
10-class pass: £60 | Concessions available
