New Chopstix store to give away spring rolls

The Brixton store of the noodle chain Chopstix, which opens on Friday 11 November, will give away 1,000 portions of vegetable spring rolls to the first customers who have downloaded a voucher.

Brixton is the chain’s 84th store and its 14th in Lonon. It is in the former Starbuck’s next to the Tube station and has been advertising its coming for months with bright red signage covering the window.

The store includes the brand’s “living wall”.

Dishes on offer will include chicken katsu curry and caramel drizzle chicken plus a new orange chicken and “skinny cauliflower rice” with any topping in a small box coming in at less than 500 calories.

The store is the latest in the expansion plans of the group with more stores to be announced in coming months.

Local deliveries will be available from from Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.

Chopstix says it is focused on delivering a faster, fresher, tastier alternative to regular high street outlets.
