Another Sunday Palestine Solidarity Campaign demonstration outside the Herne Hill gates of Brockwell Park attracted new supporters today (30 June).
For two and a half hours, a group of very enthusiastic and lively young mainly Muslim women supporters chanted “Free Palestine” and other slogans, accompanied by a cacophony of car drivers hooting support.
They were joined by some Orthodox Jewish rabbis.
The organisers, Lambeth and Wandsworth Palestine Solidarity Campaign, welcomed them all and hopes to see them again.
