Miguel’s boxing and fitness gym in Loughborough Junction is hosting free 30-minute Zoom workouts at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday.
It also has a junior class for all ages – and parents – at 9am on Saturdays.

Miguel’s Gym has raised more than £1,250 – 25% above its original target – for the charity supporting nearby King’s College Hospital by asking people who take part to donate.
