The judges (and some canine friends) prepare for the difficult task ahead

Local hero Mark Rylance won Best Supporting Actor at this year’s Oscars for his performance in Bridge of Spies (showing at Streatham Odeon today). He plays a Soviet spy involved in a dangerous exchange in Steven Spielberg’s cold war thriller.

When he’s not winning Oscars, he judges dog shows in Brockwell Park (above, right) and backs the campaign to save Lambeth’s libraries.
