Journalists honour Claudia Jones

The National Union of Journalists is marking the centenary of Claudia Jones, who founded The West Indian Gazette and Afro-Asian Caribbean News above a Brixton barber shop in 1958, with a Black History Month lecture.

Labour MP Clive Lewis and NUJ general secretary Michelle Stanistreet will speak on Tuesday October 27 at 18.30 in The St Pancras Room, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9AG.
