Powder Blue are a female four-piece from Saskatoon, Canada. Their grungy blend of psychedelic rock and shoegaze has earned them critical praise across the blogoshere, with The Active Listener awarding their album ‘Dream in Black’ one of the ‘Best Psychedelic Albums of 2013’.
