Brixton Come Together Festival will be returning for their third year at St Matthews Peace Garden boasting a full line up of live music and DJ’s including Prince Fatty, Beans On Toast and south London mc’s Malachi and Maverick. With the theme for this year focused on Shelter and gentrification within the area. Tackling these subjects will be local charity Concrete Jungle Earthship who will be bringing the subject of alternative accommodation solutions while Brixton Green will be taking open disccussions on the future of Somerleyton Road following community centre No. 6’s success. A new kids area will be present this year with canvas bell tents for shelter and entertainment from bn international entertainer Sebastien Goderniaux of “Esperanzah! Festival”, Belgium. along with a new healing area practicing Yoga and Branyama for everybody to get involved with, circus performances, Brazilian carnivals, enriching workshops, debates and the 360 degree bar, making this the perfect way to end the summer.
