Volunteer! Driver needed for new Foodbank dropbox at Tesco

Do you have strong (ish) arms, own your own car, and are you available for one hour every Tuesday morning?

Your Foodbank needs you! Brixton Foodbank requires a volunteer to help them transport food from Tesco on Acre Lane to the Foodbank on Ferndale Road. The new drop box, which is by the entrance, is now a permanent fixture at Tesco, and available for anyone to donate food while shopping (or even if you aren’t).

Crates will need packing from the drop box, and then transporting by car to St Pauls’ church a few hundred meters away.
