Robin Hood comes to Peckham

“It’s been a long, hungry winter, and the villagers of Nottingham need a hero. As Maid Marian journeys deep into Sherwood Forest to find the arrow-shooting adventurer, there’s lots of thrills and surprises along the way…”

This Christmas, Theatre Peckham unveils a reimagined adaptation of the popular classic, Robin Hood: The Arrow Of Destiny.

Using a traditional story to illuminate some contemporary issues the play offers new take on some well-known characters. But it also promises to be fun with lots of music – rap, salsa and reggae – dance, and comedy. Fuller details will be in December’s issue of the Brixton Bugle.

Robin Hood the Arrow of Destiny is on from 4 until 22 December in Theatre Peckham, 221 Havil Street, London SE5 7SD. Matinee and evening performances are available on most days. For tickets and further information go to theatrepeckham.co.uk or call 020 7708 5401.
