Brixton tube station is temporaily closed this morning after an earlier signal failure at Vauxhall.
Large queues are building up at the entrance to the station in Brixton Road. Transport for London are not yet reporting the closure, but say there are “minor delays” on the Victoria Line.
Commuters are strongly recommended to take another route to work, such as the Northern Line from Stockwell or mainline trains into Victoria from Brixton train station.
